The story
Most companies pick one product and hope the market agrees. We inverted it — start from problems businesses already have, and build a dedicated company around each one.

AR Group began with Inook AI — a growth system built for businesses that couldn't stitch together five agencies and three tools just to get online. Working with those businesses surfaced the next problem: great shops invisible on Google.

So we built Cooperfile — and alongside it Papers Cart, our own social space for chatting, watching and playing together. Each one a standalone company with its own team — sharing the studio's playbooks, infrastructure and ambition.

The architecture is deliberate: it holds twenty companies as comfortably as three. Since December 2025 they all sit under one registered entity — AR Group Ventures, Jalandhar.

A note from the founder
I started AR Group Ventures in December 2025 to give a single legal home to the companies I build. Each venture has its own focus and team, but they share one registered entity, one set of policies and one point of accountability.
The company is a proprietorship based in Jalandhar, Punjab. It is registered under GST, registered as an MSME on the Udyam portal, and holds an Import Export Code, so we can work with clients in India and abroad on a proper footing.

Ankit Raj establishes AR Group Ventures as a proprietorship in Jalandhar, Punjab, with one thesis: build companies, don't just invest in them.

GST, Udyam and IEC registrations
Registered under GST (03HEPPR2543P1ZR), registered as an MSME on the Udyam portal, and granted an Import Export Code.

Brands launched
Inook AI and Cooperfile go live under the AR Group Ventures umbrella. Papers Cart and Billions/Trillions are being built.
