Cooperfile (cooperfile.com) is a brand owned and operated by AR Group Ventures, a proprietorship owned by Ankit Raj and registered at O-809, New Defence Colony Phase 1, Paragpur, Jalandhar Cantt, Jalandhar, Punjab 144005, India (GSTIN 03HEPPR2543P1ZR) (“AR Group Ventures”, “we”, “us” or “our”). All payments for Cooperfile are received by AR Group Ventures, and AR Group Ventures is the seller of record.

1. No physical shipping

Cooperfile sells digital services and software only. Nothing is shipped physically, so no shipping charges apply and no courier or postal delivery is involved.

2. How access is delivered

Cooperfile is delivered as online access to your account at cooperfile.com. Paid features are activated on your account once the payment is confirmed by the payment gateway.

A confirmation and GST invoice are sent to the email address on your account. If paid features are not active within 24 hours of a successful payment, email cooperfile@argroupventures.com with your payment reference and we will activate them or refund the payment.

3. Delivery problems

If something you have paid for has not been delivered as described, write to cooperfile@argroupventures.com with your invoice number. We acknowledge within 2 working days and respond within 5 business days, resolving the issue or refunding under the Refund and Cancellation Policy. Unresolved complaints can be escalated to our grievance officer, Ankit Raj, at office@argroupventures.com or +91 62074 64174.
