Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. No payments accepted

Papers Cart is not yet publicly available or offered for sale, so no payments are taken and no refunds arise. A refund and cancellation policy for Papers Cart will be published here before any payment is accepted.

If you believe you have been charged for Papers Cart, email paperscart@argroupventures.com (copy office@argroupventures.com) and any such charge will be refunded in full to the original payment method.

2. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method only. We cannot refund to a different card, bank account or UPI ID.

Refunds are initiated through the payment gateway (Razorpay or another RBI-authorised gateway) within 7 to 10 working days of approval. The gateway and your bank may take additional time to show the credit on your statement, typically 5 to 7 working days for cards and 1 to 3 working days for UPI and net banking.

Where a refund is approved, a credit note is issued against the original GST invoice.

3. How to request a refund or cancellation

Email paperscart@argroupventures.com (copy office@argroupventures.com) from the email address on your invoice with:

• The invoice number (shown at the top of your GST invoice).
• The brand and product or project the payment relates to.
• The amount and date of payment.
• The reason for the request.

We acknowledge requests within 2 working days and give a decision within 5 business days. We may ask for further information to verify the request.

4. Disputes

If you disagree with a refund decision, reply to our decision email or contact our grievance officer, Ankit Raj, at paperscart@argroupventures.com (copy office@argroupventures.com) or +91 62074 64174, and ask for it to be reviewed. We will respond within 5 business days.

Please contact us before raising a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks raised without first contacting us may result in suspension of services while the dispute is investigated, and we will provide the payment gateway and bank with our records of the transaction and the work delivered.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved by discussion is governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Jalandhar, Punjab, as set out in our Terms of Service.
